Community Dinners

Our community cooking rotation purpose is to create a space for people to come together and share life and ministry struggles and praises. Also, as we spend less time cooking each day, it will allow more time to do ministry within the neighborhood. It is also a space that is good for inviting neighbors and friends and have them share within the community. People are encouraged to invite others in the church who are not part of the rotations or live outside of the neighborhood to partake in dinners as well.

Depending on the number of people, rotations of 12-16 people (adults) will be in any given rotation. Each person cooks dinner once a month, and then enjoys the other dinners on the rotation.

Wayne Hu is the current cooking rotation coordinator, a role that has been shared by many different people, and invites anyone who is interested in partaking in our community, whether or not they plan to live in the neighborhood or not, to join us.

If you are interested in coming to a New Hope Community dinner, please contact Wayne via the Contact Form or at 408-309-5440.
